باستخدامك لموقع iry-tech.com أو لنظام آيري تِك ERP فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام الموقع أو النظام.

1. محتوى الموقع

المعلومات المنشورة على الموقع للتعريف بخدماتنا ومنتجاتنا، وقد نحدّثها أو نغيّرها في أي وقت. لا يُعدّ أي محتوى على الموقع عرضاً ملزماً ما لم يُتفق عليه كتابياً.

2. التجربة المجانية

• التجربة مجانية لمدة 14 يوماً، ولا تتطلب أي بيانات دفع.
• التجربة لمستخدم واحد، وقد لا تشمل بعض الخصائص مثل الفاتورة والإيصال الإلكتروني (ETA) وربط أجهزة الحضور.
• عند انتهاء المدة يُغلق الدخول تلقائياً دون أي رسوم. وللاستمرار بنفس البيانات تواصل معنا للاشتراك.
• التجربة مخصّصة للتقييم، فلا تعتمد عليها في تسجيل معاملات رسمية قبل الاشتراك.
• نحتفظ بحق إيقاف أي نسخة تجريبية يُساء استخدامها.

3. الاشتراك المدفوع

تخضع الاشتراكات المدفوعة والأسعار والوحدات وعدد المستخدمين ومستوى الدعم للعقد أو عرض السعر المتفق عليه بيننا وبين شركتك، ويُقدَّم ذلك العقد على هذه الشروط عند التعارض.

4. التزاماتك

• الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بك، وإبلاغنا فوراً بأي استخدام غير مصرّح به.
• عدم استخدام النظام في أي نشاط مخالف للقانون، أو محاولة اختراقه أو تعطيله.
• مسؤوليتك عن صحة البيانات التي تُدخلها في النظام.

5. الملكية

نظام آيري تِك ERP والموقع وتصميمهما وشعار آيري تِك ملك لآيري تِك. أما البيانات التي تُدخلها شركتك في النظام فتبقى ملكاً لها.

6. حدود المسؤولية

نبذل أقصى جهد لتوفير خدمة مستقرة وآمنة، لكن الموقع والتجربة المجانية يُقدَّمان «كما هما». ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدامهما، وذلك في حدود ما يسمح به القانون.

7. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.

8. التعديلات والتواصل

قد نعدّل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، ويُنشر التعديل على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث. لأي استفسار راسلنا على info@iry-tech.com أو اتصل على 01017822424.

By using iry-tech.com or IryTech ERP you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the system.

1. Website content

The information on this website introduces our services and products, and we may update or change it at any time. Nothing on the website is a binding offer unless agreed in writing.

2. Free trial

• The trial is free for 14 days and requires no payment details.
• A trial is for one user and may not include some features, such as ETA e-invoicing and e-receipts or connecting attendance devices.
• When the trial ends, access closes automatically and nothing is charged. To continue with the same data, contact us to subscribe.
• The trial is for evaluation; do not rely on it to record official transactions before you subscribe.
• We may suspend any trial that is misused.

3. Paid subscriptions

Paid subscriptions, prices, modules, number of users and support levels are governed by the contract or quotation agreed between us and your company, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

4. Your obligations

• Keep your login details confidential and tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.
• Do not use the system for anything unlawful, or try to break into or disrupt it.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the system.

5. Ownership

IryTech ERP, this website, their design and the IryTech logo belong to IryTech. The data your company enters into the system remains your company's.

6. Limitation of liability

We work hard to provide a stable and secure service, but the website and the free trial are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from their use.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
